EAG is starting the search for a Treasury Analyst to join our team.

This role is responsible for the day to day, monthly, and quarterly cash transaction activities for EAG accounting outsourcing customer. The person in this role is expected to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below and generate quality results.

Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team. All members of the EAG team are expected to actively participate in our team environment, communicate with our customers in a professional and service-oriented manner, and identify process improvement and optimization opportunities. As EAG continues to grow, members must be able to handle changing priorities, new challenges, and multi-tasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily banking activity
• Record cash deposits and disbursements, and payment voids.
• Create and process weekly client payment runs.
• Perform physical print and mail processing of checks.

• Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Respond to client inquiries.

Position, Experience, and Educational Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Oil and Gas treasury required.
• Experience with Quorum On Demand Accounting, Enertia, or Quorum Enterprise ERPs is desirable.
• BA or BS Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.

Work Environment:

The selected candidate will work in our downtown office on a hybrid schedule, onsite 3 days/week and remote two days/week. People are EAG’s most valuable asset.
