Job Description

We are excited to invite a motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will manage complex litigation cases from start to finish, including discovery, court appearances, writing briefs, and conducting depositions. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and effectively manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex litigation cases from A to Z.
Conduct discovery, make court appearances, write briefs, and handle depositions.
Effectively handle civil litigation cases with a focus on soft IP, business disputes, securities, and some real estate matters.
Ensure smooth case management using relevant software tools.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Process and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary.
Contribute to the team's growth by winning significant settlements.
Work autonomously on high-end, complex matters.
Enjoy a flexible work schedule, understanding that trial participation is optional.
Qualifications:
Valid license to practice law in California.
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field, particularly in civil litigation and claim administration.
Demonstrable experience in briefing and handling complex business litigation cases.
Proficiency in addressing complaints and providing appropriate resolutions.
Experience in the consumer electronics field is preferred.
Ability to effectively represent clients in federal court.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Proven track record of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
