ABOUT THE ROLE

The firm is seeking a skilled Senior Litigation Associate to join its Consumer Class Action and Mass Arbitration Practice Group. This role involves high-level litigation work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing opportunities to shape case strategies, lead arbitration proceedings, and mentor junior attorneys. Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in consumer class action or mass arbitration and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft comprehensive, fact-driven pleadings, discovery demands, and client communications.
• Guide and review the work of junior attorneys, especially in consumer class action and mass arbitration cases.
• Develop case theories and contribute substantively to litigation strategies.
• Manage a high-volume caseload of arbitrations, overseeing case progress and outcome ownership.
• Represent clients in arbitration, mediation, and court settings, including oral arguments, hearings, and trials.
• Independently drive cases forward while also collaborating effectively within a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in plaintiffs' side mass arbitration or consumer litigation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing needs.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience in arbitration proceedings and court appearances, including trial advocacy and motion hearings.
• Preferred experience in data breach litigation or high-volume arbitration, though not required.
• Additional background in Law Review, Federal Court clerkships, or similar writing-intensive roles is a plus.
