Are you a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a knack for precision and a love for early mornings? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking a skilled Screen Printer to join our team. This position offers a consistent schedule with the potential for overtime. Pay $16 - $20/hr to start.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:20 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM (Overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Mixing inks to precise specifications.
• Using chemicals to clean and reclaim screens.
• Screen printing designs onto bank bags and a variety of other products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Working independently and efficiently to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in screen printing preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be self-reliant and able to work independently at a self-directed pace.
• Strong basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract fractions.
• Accurate measuring skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
