Recruiting Coordinator

Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support a dynamic recruiting team. This role plays a critical part in delivering a best-in-class experience to candidates and internal stakeholders by ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding processes.

You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment coordination, administrative support for Talent Acquisition leadership, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires—including relocation coordination.

Key responsibilities include providing direct support to Talent Acquisition leadership and team (calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and event planning), assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks, acting as the primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition procurement activities, managing invoice processing, coordinating all aspects of the interview process (scheduling, candidate travel, interview logistics), partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, initiating background checks and I-9 processes, providing consistent status updates to candidates and hiring managers, serving as a point of contact for candidate questions, assisting with onboarding logistics, and coordinating relocation processes.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience in travel coordination and expense management is a plus.

Prior experience supporting relocation logistics is preferred but not required.
