Product UI UX Designer

About The Role:

We create cutting-edge software solutions for professional options, equities, and futures traders, and we're seeking a talented Product Designer to enhance our design team. You'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design interfaces for our innovative web-based products. Your expertise in both UX and UI will be essential in crafting designs that are not only user-friendly but also visually appealing.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee and guide the user experience and visual design of features from initial concept to final launch.
• Develop detailed user flows and wireframes to ensure an optimal user experience for complex tasks.
• Create high-fidelity UI mock-ups of interfaces using Figma.
• Clearly present and communicate your designs to both business stakeholders and developers, ensuring consistent UI/UX design across all applications.
• Iterate designs based on peer feedback, user research, usability testing, and analytics.
• Champion the user by prioritizing design-focused product improvements based on thorough research and analysis.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in user interface design, with experience in trading systems being a plus.
• Proven ability to manage the entire design process from concept to implementation.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and dedicated to finding optimal solutions.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Technical skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, are an added advantage.
