### About the Role
As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will support loan officers by handling administrative tasks, processing loan applications, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Your role is essential in helping clients navigate the loan process with confidence.
### Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Prepare and manage loan applications, documentation, and correspondence. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, providing updates, and resolving any concerns. Educate clients on loan products and procedures.
- Loan Processing: Collect and verify necessary documentation, input data into loan processing systems, and ensure accuracy. Track application progress and follow up as needed.
