Dynagen Lending is now hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant!

The Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant role offers career growth potential with a well-established and reputable company in the mortgage industry. This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week).

Compensation

• The pay for this position is Base pay + commission.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment .
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with the potential to be hired permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs .
• The required availability for this position is: Monday through Friday (9am -6pm) two days a week (9am-9pm)

Responsibilities

• Assist loan officers in gathering and reviewing client documents.
• Communicate with clients, underwriters, and processors to ensure a smooth loan process.
• Maintain accurate records and update loan files as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with all lending regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED .
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days .
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services.
• Knowledge of loan processing systems and guidelines.
• NMLS licensing is a plus but not required.
