Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Assistant to provide support to our customers through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have a strong willingness to learn. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance with inquiries, technical issues, and product information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for resolution.

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
