Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only skilled in digital marketing strategies but also willing to roll up their sleeves and dive into challenges headfirst. This role is perfect for someone with a startup mindset, ready to take on challenges, drive impactful results, and help build ManageCasa’s brand and digital presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage all digital campaigns, from concept to execution and analysis, ensuring they align with our business goals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing materials and expand brand presence.
- Continuously test and optimize new strategies, tools, and channels for greater reach and engagement.
- Foster partnerships with influencers and other relevant entities to enhance our digital influence and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a willingness to try new things and embrace challenges.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
