Job Description

A growing non-profit company in Laconia, NH is hiring for a Controller to join their team. This is a key hire that will assist in the full accounting lifecycle including month-ed close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This role is primarily on-site with some remote flexibility on a case by case basis. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to work in the non-profit space as a Controller with a laid back team and work environment. 

Required : 

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with previous accounting experience in the non-profit space as an Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Controller 
• Prior experience supervising or managing other financial staff members
• Experience with QuickBooks, Yardi, or other accounting software tools
• Strong understanding and adherence to GAAP

Nice to have:

• CPA designation
• Prior experience in both non-profit and real estate or property accounting
