Our client, a national mortgage lender, is seeking a motivated and bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer to partner directly with one of the top-producing real estate teams in the Orlando area. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-volume environment with built-in referral sources and full support from a nationally recognized real estate organization.

• Join a ground-floor partnership as the preferred Loan Officer for a top-performing real estate team with 50+ agents and 25–30 new buyer transactions monthly.
• You’ll be embedded within the real estate team , attending team meetings, training sessions, and events that directly support lead generation and closing opportunities.
• A dedicated inside sales agent (ISA) will set buyer appointments directly on your calendar.

What We’re Looking For:

• REQUIRED: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• REQUIRED: 2–4 years of production experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Minimal Self sourced production needed (1 self sourced every quarter)
• Active FL NMLS license
• Passion for helping people achieve homeownership and a natural enthusiasm for connecting with clients.
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in contributing to a shared goal.
